So I've heard the first 14 songs 4 times already, and the other 4 I received today twice.


My early impression is that in the last round, I hated to give a few songs 7's. I thought they were better than that, but you know..the stacker stacks.

In this round, it's the opposite. I'm going to struggle to give some 8's, 9's and a 10, as I think because of the stacker, a number of songs are going to have inflated scores than they would otherwise have.

No surprise looking at some of the bands you've been sent.  People either trying to convince you on artists or simply not really paying attention, or first timers in a roulette of yours.

Funny how opening a round wide open often makes scores go down.  Happened in a fair number of rounds in mine too.

I think you missed me guessing the Triosphere song several posts ago, "Human Condition".  It would be odd if that was wrong.

I have sent Myrath before but I remember what TAC didn't like about it and tried to show they are not 100% Middle Eastern folk influenced, there are a lot of songs that are more traditional hard rock/heavy metal sounding. Apostrophe for a legend is one of my favorites in that style. But I'm the other way around, I love love those folky parts.
