"All great works are prepared in the desert, including the redemption of the world. The precursors, the followers, the Master Himself, all obeyed or have to obey one and the same law. Prophets, apostles, preachers, martyrs, pioneers of knowledge, inspired artists in every art, ordinary men and the Man-God, all pay tribute to loneliness, to the life of silence, to the night." - A. G. Sertillanges

I think Ian is making an artistic statement by not revealing his top 2. Sometimes leaving a little to the imagination is the best way to go. We can draw our own conclusions and assumptions with an open ending, and therefore, none of us feel unsatisfied.

Also, everyone knows what the top 2 are already.

So he's going to drag it out for 6 months and then he'll eventually reveal it in a three-part documentary on youtube, and even though we all know the result already, we'll still all be soiling ourselves with excitement.

Cole: "Ow I just got hit in the balls"
Me: "How?"
Cole: "Well you know when you try to scratch your balls, and you scratch too hard?

Sigz called me and he had me type up his number 1 only. Yeah. I know. He was busy eating chips to type it up.

Anyway,

1. Brokencyde - I'm Not a Fan, But The Kids Like It!

Actual transcription of Sigz dictating his reasoning:

Jamesman: "So, uh, really?"
Sigz: "*sniff* Yes."
J: "Are you high or drunk or..."
S: "*hardcore scream into phone"
J: "Oh, you aren't joking. I had no idea you liked this band, let alone that their album is your number 1."
S: "Yeah, but there are a lot of things people don't know about me. Like I use my piss to cook my eggs in the morning or that I stick long cucumbers in my mouth when I am out in public. I also have a legitimate crush on Harry and have almost called him several times to ask him out. Not in a DTF-homo-erotic kind of way, but in a real "I think he is the one" kind of way."
J: "Oh. I have to go. Hot date. Later man!"
S: "Hello."
