The hat looks so similar and threw me off.

I view "Lizzo" are more of a portmanteau of "Litho" and "Jazzo", but it does add another layer of amusement that there is the singer of that name, who I've heard a bit from, but am not overly familiar with.

Well, soupytwist coined it on accident (click the link in my sig to see how it happened), so I don't know what he subconsciously meant, and I certainly leaned into that right away, but as an ongoing thing I do mostly think of it as a portmanteau. But I like the versatility of it.
