This first band is Soen very cool swingy jazz fusion kinda stuff.
City-wise, Moscow, venue-wise, Ray Just Arena, a quite big general admission venue. Lots of bands play there, saw Avantasia there three years ago too, Blind Guardian, Helloween and so on.
