In early for a going away luncheon for a fellow employee.

A Victory 20th Anniversary IPA and a Full Pint Brewery Gus IPA.  Both very nice.

I'll be in tonight.  Taking my boss to the Smuttynose Restaurant "Hayseed" and dining on fine food and great brews.

In with a vengeance. You know it was a shitty day at the office when I wasn't in the mood to listen to my normal Friday evening commute soundtrack of Van Halen and Extreme. Crushed a good sized glass of homebrewed kolsch as soon as I got home, and then a can of Foundation Epiphany double IPA with dinner. Now on to a Puck petite saison from North Coast.
Photobucket sucks.

In, Manhattan when I got home, half a bottle of pinot grigio with dinner, now a scotch old fashioned.

Don't love pinot grigio, my phone attempted to correct it to "paint", which is about right.

Been in since the morning. We had company over for an epic breakfast, which included a few rounds of mimosas. Now camped out on the couch for the afternoon watching Bar Rescue and drinking cans from Other Half, a brewery out of Brooklyn. First was an all Citra hop IPA, and now a collaboration IPA with another NYC brewery called Make It Rain.

Bill and Coz make me feel like an amateur.

In, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale (not that ling after a run, so extra impactful), now on my second glass of Cabernet Franc.

Cleared out a couple random bottles from the fridge now that I'm being a bit more aggressive about drainpouring at least part of bottles that I'm not crazy about. Watching the Oscars and finishing the weekend with a bottle of 2012 Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout.

This weekend, Son-in-law 2.0 scored me some No. 209 Gin, a bottle of Lagavulin 16, and a 2015 Angel's Envy cask strength. I'll be in with a vengeance in a couple of hours!

Oh, and millahh, before you bust my chops of having Islay Scotch, it's just for when my buddy comes over to the house. He likes that shit.
