i mean yeah i did say outright mine wasn't an album opener but i think it more than fits the theme 
the song i'm planning to send for the closers round is actually an album opener. it's also an album closer tho bcuz there's two versions of the tracklist for some reason? but the one on streaming has it as the opener even tho it serves as a closer really damn well  some artists are not good at putting songs in the right place on albums

Yeah I'm not complaining, I just thought it was funny. There's also definitely a certain brand of song that works equally well as an opener and a closer because it just feels like its own, self-contained thing.
