Looking at the hangman, I have no idea how it got messed up like that. I've used Ariich's hangman spreadsheet for all my roulettes and never run into any of the issues you have

Well, the other main two issues I had were that it added extra blank characters in-between each character in the multi-song tab which I first used in round 3 (as opposed to the single song tab), and that Excel won't properly display the output in the pink column.  At least one, possibly both were resolved by just uploading the sheet to Google Sheets and copying from there instead.  I don't remember if there were any other significant issues between then and now.

I've fixed your spreadsheet. We share the blame - there was an error in my formulae that meant the track number got duplicated if neither artist or song was guessed, but also you were using it wrong as well.

Obviously you'll need to reupload to Google Sheets for it to function properly!
