Over the last week or so, I got in a Bourne mood, so I rewatched
The Bourne Identity (2002)
The Bourne Supremacy (2004)
The Bourne Ultimatum (2007)
Generally excellent spycraft/assassin/intrigue films. Lots of fun to be had. Of course, other than the general concept, these books have almost NO plot similarities to the original novels, so they may be the worst adaptations in film history lol. But the films are actually better IMO than the novels, so that's fine with me.
I also caught John Hamm's recent turn as Irwin Maurice Fletcher in Confess, Fletch (2022). As a huge fan of the original Gregory McDonald novels, I thought the film was pretty good, and Hamm did a nice job. They even kind of set up, towards the end, a film adaptation of the book Fletch's Fortune, which would be a lot of fun to see, so hopefully a sequel gets greenlit.
