I'm kind of afraid to listen to their new one.  The Blackening was such a lightning in a bottle album.  Nothing before or since has really compared to it.

Well I like it a lot. It sounds pretty similar to The Blackening in style to me.

Yea, it's not as good as The Blackening, but after Catharsis it sounds like a masterpiece. I'm enjoying it.

Mist Of Misery-Severance

Labelled as Symphonic Black Metal, though I think symphonic would be overstating it. It's there but not in your face. This is very easy on the ears as well, with some really nice passages.
