So, the vast majority of my posts here have been light and jokey (not that I lie, it's just that for me roulettes are about the fun not the actual scores and what not) except... I wasn't friggin' around with the Bradley Cooper references. No, it's not about him, but I had a really lame one that wasn't even a concept as much as a conceit, and I decided that I needed to do better. So I plotted out an arc in the shower (that part was real) and as I did it, the songs just materialized. It was really that easy. I agonized about maybe two songs in the whole roulette; the rest suggested themselves (I did have a couple moments where I picked from two obvious choices).
I went with the adage "write about what you know" and I can only beg TACs indulgence in the reading. But this was BY FAR the easiest round in the roulette in terms of construction.
