i wanted to include AH, but I figured I wasn't allowed.

Not allowed?  Nah, it is your list; you can do it however you want.  Hell, if I did a DT top 50, I would probably do "A Mind Beside Itself" as one song, regardless of whether or not people consider it one song or not.

That would be pretty interesting.

It's an instrumental piece they wrote as a transition from Another Day to The Killing Hand during live performances.  There is no studio version.

35.- Speak To Me
Beautiful song I don't have any more words to describe it, I still wonder why it didn't end up in the album.
The 5years in a livetime is THE definitive version of the song.

34.- Repentance
Some people see this song as the worst from the 12SS, well, it's not.
A really nice work from Jordan and Myung especially the later this is a very bass-driven song and  as always awesome solo by Petrucci.
If they ever play the 12SS live this is going to be the "sit and sing-along" song of the set.

33.- 6:00
The most fuckawesome Drum intro DT has done to date.
This is another short song, but not really radio friendly, it's just kinda wierd but still awesome.
The samples here are really great. Greatest way to open any album.
Someone refresh my memory, is there any guitar solo on this song?

32.- Eve
BEAUTIFUL

31.- Anna Lee
The best ballad from FII, Derek is a great piano player as seen on this song.
Great lyrics and vocal melodies by LaBrie. The guitar, bass and drums just complete this song and make it even more awesome.

All are great songs.  Probably all would wind up in my Top 50, with Speak To Me and Eve being the highest.

In all honesty, probably not.  But it's still a really cool song.

Repentance is good, the rest is pretty meh...but Speak to me is listenable though, I like the JR Piano version of it.

30.- Misunderstood
THE most experimental song DT has done. Great chorus and lyrics by Petrucci, the guitar solo has this scary vibe and its awesome. Rudess does a great wok on this sing to i love his keyboard parts.
The only downside of this song is the long outro, it goes on forever and thats why the 'Greatest Hit' version is better.

29.- Finally Free
The best lyrics MP has done in long long time and the best way to end SFAM, it has a lot of well put together musical and lyrical reprises, the OLT reprise is great i love that part. Great solos, great piano work and that nice drum solo at the end.
I love the LSFNY version cause of the little jam at the end.

28.- Disappear
This is a really emotional song whoever says DT has no feeling needs to hear songs like this one.
Rudess shines on this one, awesome keyboard work. Another piece of great lyrics from LaBrie.
I really did not expect a song like this after the first 4 song on 6DOIT.

27.- To Live Forever
Another demo. This song is pure magic.

26.- The Spirit Carries On
Another emotional song, Petrucci's awesome lyrics and THE best solo from SFAM.
To be honest I never listened to this song until last year, i don't know why i did that i feel stupid. 
And again the LSFNY is beautiful, the gospel choir and Theresa Thomanson vocals makes it a really special song.
