Should the max number of artists in the EP round be increased from 4 to 5?

Yes that would be much better and Cyril is very attractive.

No that's a terrible idea, Cyril should be stoned.

Is my song number 13?

You should post the impressions here too I guess. I haven't read any guesses before so I may guess stuff that already've been guessed. Anyway, I'll give one last shot at this:

4 - Tom Waits by not Tomislav if not then reverse with 4
5 - Tom Waits by Tomislav if not then reverse with 5
20 - IQ/RJ, if not, then IQ is who the hell knows, 22
6 - wolfking with Pyramaze, if not then 18?
Valis Ablaze is 19
This first band is Soen very cool swingy jazz fusion kinda stuff.

I did that last round but then people (Katt!) didn't go back to the original impressions post, which is linked in my OP, so. :P

I listened to that Valis Ablaze album once and found it pleasant enough but not something to return to, so I figured why not 19.

LIGHT OF DAY

DAY OF DAAAARKNEEEESSSSS

I actually bought LODDOD. Listened to it once. Never did again.

Same applies for Dopesmoker, but I actually listened to that one in full in Youtube once before, so technically I've heard it twice. I also occasionally turn this on to annoy friends, because the first ten minutes like nothing happens.
Hey dude slow the fuck down so we can finish together at the same time.

Light of Day, Day of Darkness is really good for the first 30-40 minutes, but the saxophone/screaming lady section kind of loses me a bit.

Strange section indeed but the guitar solo is worth the 40 minute buildup.

Yep and yep. The guitar solo after that section with this slow quiet acoustic buildup is amazing.

I don't get the hype behind LODDOD. It's.. definitely a thing but holy fuck does it overstay its welcome. Crimson by Edge of Sanity is way better imo and 20 minutes shorter  :lol

the apologist has excellent production. everything like, sounds good, you just don't like the mix :P

crimson's guitars and vocals and drums and everything sound like they're being filtered through a dialup connection

I mean you're not wrong there but I'd strongly disagree that 'everything like, sounds good' with The Apologist  :rollin

I love Light of Day, Day of Darkness.  Except the yodeling-like part is way too long.  They didn't do that when they performed it at ProgPower though.  That set was incredible.  Words can't even describe it.

LoDDoD is really good, if not great. Dopesmoker I've listened to a few times and I don't get the hype for it. Crimson is again in the really good, if not great category.

As far as other really long songs (like north of the 40 minute mark) that I really like:
Fauna - The Hunt (this is 80 minutes long, and with lots of field recording and whatnot, but it's mostly Atmospheric black metal with plenty of ambient passages, maybe I'll feature it in my black metal thread, but I don't think anyone here will like it)
Monolithe - I, II, III, and IV (these are all more than 50 minutes long and fall in to the realm of Funeral Doom with tons of atmosphere, although III and IV dive more in to prog metal territory)
Ephemeral Sun - Harvest Aorta (40+ minutes of nice instrumental Prog Rock with some cool keyboards)
aka Puppies_On_Acid
Hey Stadler, your PM inbox is full.
Derek Sherinian probably stands 10 feet away from the urinal, shoots from downtown, and announces loudly that he's making history.
