Maybe who cares?  Just a thought.

Hey, now. Implying people shouldn't care isn't fair. This is a fan forum. The band is creating content for us to enjoy, consume, and discuss. You not caring doesn't mean that other people shouldn't.
Well, I was just joking.  Please, care.

Dang it. I sat at the make post page for like 10 minutes trying to figure out if you were joking or not. I'm just not in the right state of mind today to be posting. :justshootme:

She's a gothic Princess Bubblegum!

If she's only a tenth of the badass Peebles is, I'm looking forward to her character.
But all those dillweeds won't have any idea who we're talking about anyway, right?

Finally kept up with the whole thread. I took a 3 day vacation and I miss about 6 pages worth. Oh yeah somebody already rated the album and posted the length for each song as well.

1. That information is not authorized.  There have been clear warnings in this thread about posting unauthorized links to leaked information.  Please don't do it again.
2.  Those track times are incorrect (although some are close), so I'm not sure whoever posted that has in fact even heard the new album.

It looks like their source was noxon's pie chart, but he didn't take into account that the pieces could've been scrambled.

my information was totally based on math. You take the angle and the known length of TGOM... done. That post wasn't a leak

I understand.  And it wasn't a post to something blatantly leaked (looks more like someone just posting for the heck of it), so it's kind of grey.  But we clamp down VERY tight on leaks around album release time.

What lightbug said

Also, my track times (on page 121) are also based on the pie chart, I said it before and I'll say it again: I'm 99.9% sure my track lengths are in fact the real ones (based on everything Noxon said (the STD) and on the fact it matches everything it needs to match (nomac tracks being the shortest and act I lasting about 80 mins))

Also, you said the track lengths are incorrect, although close (and that's due to the experimental uncertainty, but most track times I gave should be 10 secs longer/shorter than the real ones, at max)

And for guys not believing in our calculations (those pages were the most fun I had since joining the forum btw :D), well, it's your loss. They may not be 100% true, but they are definitely something you can use as a model and to get the general idea. What Neil DeGrasse Tyson said : The good thing about science is that it's true, whether or not you believe in it. :p

Also I was reading earlier on about what the band will do to fill up that extra 30 min of the show. I would guess that the show would involve some sort of theatrics for the story and maybe each scene would take up a few minutes between songs to fill up that time gap.

My gosh, people would complain even if they took legit photos to use for the characters.  Maybe the back half of Faythe's hair is in a bun, pushing the hood up, giving the illusion that the laws of thermodynamics are being broken.  Not sure why anyone would care?  If they wanted the characters to look more "real" they wouldn't be drawn.

If someone finds the picture bad, that's fine.  But to start accusing laziness and sloppiness is just plain silly.

And yes, I find her to be HAWT!!! I was expecting her to be a kid.  Maybe the round headed clock figure will be instead.  BTW I'm sure I'm still too old for Faythe :-/

I reserve my final judgment to when I see the whole thing.
The only danger I see right now is that the whole thing might have been "outsourced",  with a random dude throwing together a map and characters.

New concept seems like a whole new entire fucking universe of cheese for me to buy into but the new song is aiight.

A lot of the youtube comments are directed at the drum sound again, which I think is unwarranted.  It's a hell of a lot better than the last two.
