Moonlight Mile was alright as a closing book in the series, but I don't think the continuation of one of the earlier book plots was a good idea, and also it's almost always hilarious to read books with Russian mafia in them. A mixed bag of a book, all in all. If I had to rank Kenzie/Gennaro series, I would've gone with Gone, Baby, Gone > Prayers for Rain > Darkness, Take My Hand > Sacred = Moonlight Mile > A Drink Before the War.
Next up, the book about which contents I have not a slightest clue, by the author I've never heard of, The Emperor's Blades by Brian Staveley.
