I was quite busy at work this week, and went to bed early all week, so I didn't get a chance to spend a ton of time on this, but with the time that I did, I had zero clue on the Bizzarro! Even seeing the answers, i still don't get most of them.

I did get lots of points in the last round, but I know you said they didn't carry over.

Alright, remember the first time you got points? It was during Round 1 Qualifying Lap, a Round with no overtakes. You used them for your Round 2 overtakes, while accumulating points during Round 2 Bizarro. Those points you are using now on round 3, while the points you got this round you will use on Round 4 ... and so on.

Except for the final round, which is gonna be a bit of a surprise.

Neither positive or negative. They make you move a specific distance from a position to another one (and swap), whether it's up or down is indifferent.
