A bit late on this, but here we go. Let's nerd out a bit. Everyone take your time with submissions, I'm in no rush for this round.
* * *
Our heroes awake in a daze, scattered about an empty shack with embers smoldering in the fireplace. The wind reaches its cold fingers through the cracks in the walls, and Alithia and Scipline the Indy shiver at the cold embrace of fear - evil shadows ride the wind, acting as ears for the Dark One, on his throne of stone.
By the fireplace, a hooded figure wrapped in layers of strange, unfamiliar clothing stands from his chair, watching the now-woken heroes. "It's been a long time,"
he rasps, limping closer to the King of Wolves. "I will tell you what little I know."
The figure revealed that the Dark One froze the world with his hellish choir of undead angels, twisted by his cursed mind and evil words. Humanity broke beneath the roar of a wicked symphony - the land shattered, the oceans stilled. Those who survived live with rotted limbs, slowly dying from within, the evil music that echoes from the mountains like a cancer to the mortal flesh. Our heroes, imbued with the sacred power of music and light, were saved by selfless travelers along the roads. What remains of the world are three realms: Progonia, the last bastion of humanity, The Wastes, where the world ceased to exist, and the rotted realm of Kelhosia, where shadows sing.
It has been an untold number of years since the Resting of the World, but time matters not, for the sun lies behind a veil of ash and poisonous clouds that cover the sky. Our heroes feast on scraps of stale food and set to depart from Progresso, a quaint settlement on the fork of a river, into The Wastes. Their goal: the Dark One's castle at Fort Zando (and to make music great again).

And if everyone's cool with the map you'll move... which in this case means Elite is eligible for the blue challenge IF he wants to, and everyone else can take the yellow IF they want to. I did the map before checking the spaces.
Make it to the treble clef and you're good for the final round automatically.
