Still like crap. I'm getting my office work done then going home. I just started to take the medication and it makes me feel loopy. I hate this feeling. Didn't sleep well last night.

G'morning all. Was in a perfectly good mood as I headed into work this morning, only to get in and find an email saying that our team needs to provide coverage for a client on Monday. One of my colleagues has already volunteered to cover it, but I'm annoyed to see this happen as traditionally Christmas Day and New Year's Day have been the only two holidays where nobody on my team has to work.

I would still check it out. It will be tangentially connected (if at all) to the X-Men universe. It will mostly be self-contained.

I am a fan of the X-Men comics, but not the films, but I think this looks incredible.

It's not going to be comic booky is what I'm saying. The character the show revolves around is loosely based on a character in a comic book, that's all.

So I've caught the cold Emily has. My wife just got over a nasty cold, again. I'm hoping Eric doesn't get sick again.

So far since Thanksgiving:

Eric's been sick twice. My wife had tonsillitis and a double ear infection, followed by a nasty 72 hour cold. Emily was hospitalized with croup and a lower respiratory infection, now she has a cold, I've had two colds including the stuffiness I have now.

I fucking hate winter.
