Well, among new character reveal, new map section, new tracks and some track-lengths, the new map section is the thing I wasn't excited about at all. But hey, that's something.
This first band is Soen very cool swingy jazz fusion kinda stuff.

I've got to say I like the song titles so far. Wonder when we actually get to hear something  ;D (teaser?).

11. Hymn of a Thousand Voices

I predict this song will be fucking awesome

It sure sounds epic. I wonder if they stay true to that name and go all bombastic on us with choirs and/or overdubs.

Wow, now we're talking!

Arhys looks a bit... clueless? I dunno, but from two revealed character photos alone, I'm inclined to root for Nafaryus.

I like the Act II track titles a lot more than Act I. Except for Losing Faythe, that is.

9. Losing Faythe

Spoiler?

My first thought when I saw this, so maybe it's not that obvious and something else happens.

...some track-lengths...

Wait, am I missing something?

No, no. I've been hoping that maybe they'll start revealing some track-lengths.

Damn, that's got to be a wrap for the tracklisting with 11 new titles. I don't think anyone initially expected 34 tracks. Didn't expect a title track either, especially because we haven't had one since Octavarium and concept albums don't tend to have them as far as I know.

Ah, okay.

Also, it looks more and more that those NOMAC symbols indicate short transitions between tracks. "Machine Chatter" doesn't seem like a good song title.

Well technically it's not a title track since it's missing "the".

Prediction of the story:

Losing Faythe - The darkest point in the story, the people loosing both Faythe and faith

Whispers on the Wind - A few whispers of the "music to save the world"

Hymn of a Thousand Voices - The whispers have spread to "a thousand voices"

Our New World - The beginning of a construction of the new world without the empire

Power Down - The sound of the nomacs shutting down

Astonishing - ending/epilogue

I'm expecting a 2112 storyline meets The Wall stylistically with lots of short pieces.  Not very original on my part, it's kind of obvious.

Nor does Power Down.

That and then Astonishing has a definite sense of finality to it.

I predict these tracks will be the "major" tracks on the album (just by looking at the titles):

- The Gift of Music
- When Your Time Has Come
- Brother, Can You Hear Me?
- The Road to Revolution
- Heaven's Cove
- Hymn of a Thousand Voices
- Astonishing

Astonishing without The? Interesting I say.

So I think it's safe to say now that there's not going to be more songs huh?
people on this board are actual music fans who developed taste in music and not casual listeners who are following current fashion trends and listening to only current commercial hits.

I still think it works.

it's like " Rapture " or " Subjugation " ..

Prepare for Astonishing !!

I think Astonishing will either be a long finale type song a la Finally Free or a really short wrap-up type song a la Easter Egg.

I hope for a 20 min, bombastic, over the top epic that is climatic like hell, like ITNOG, COS, or Octavarium
