That's not bad, my R6 needs to be fueled every 150 miles or so. Man I wish I had more time to ride my bike.

Dad guessed i'd get about 200miles on a full tank so he wasn't far off.

The only annoying thing is - when I first moved back the weather was fantastic for about a month. Every day since i've been on the road has been dreadful.

At least it's good training for shitty weather though. I've got some good boots, a big hi vis Gore-Tex waterproof jacket and waterproof trousers so it's all good.

I remember the first time I heard the term flip flops (in that context) in an episode of The Simpsons, and was very confused, because I wondered why Homer would have an interest in checking out a type of electronic circuit. I thought that was the joke.

Not as confusing as the time Marge and Lisa were shopping for clothes, and Marge chose out some overalls and said they had a cute star on the fanny and I was like "WHAT? Can they say that on TV at this time?"

It's funny when you hear a term or slang from another country and you misunderstand it's meaning. Here's one for you.

I worked at a grocery store as a bagger. We would have to go out to get the empty carriages in the yard. The term here was called "shagging". Go shag some carts. this was waaaaay before Austin Powers came out. My friend who was the drummer in our band, just moved from England here. When I told him that he busted out laughing and told me the British meaning.

I told him, hey bub, we're in America now. My penis will never touch a cart.
