FSU took down Bethune-Cookman 54-6, and still managed to look sloppy.

I'm about tired of facing these nobody teams. We have BC this week, and Maryland next week. I'm really looking forward to facing Clemson after that.

That may have been the worst weekend of college football. Every game was a blowout. I really hope the new playoff system will force teams to schedule more competitive games.

It already has. Most schools has scheduled some pretty impressive match-ups.

Agreed.  it seemed particularly bad this weekend.

I say this as a VT fan...how the FUCK are they getting votes in the polls?  I know it's only four points, but anybody who thinks VT is a top 25 team needs to have voting credentials revoked.

Same thing with Michigan. With my bias aside, a 4-point home win over Akron and a 3-point road win over UCONN (who lost by 15 to Towson) shouldn't keep them in the Top 25, either. At least not at this point in time.

That is making Jim Delaney look like a genius after Maryland was picked up by the Big Ten. They have a fantastic looking football team!

And Braxton Miller is starting. We'll see how three weeks off has helped his knee.

And I'll be there. One of the greatest perks of being a student. And more than likely, I'll be hammered. So a TV appearance is quite possible.  :lol

Very good win for UGA. Makes Clemson look really good! And if we beat Clemson that makes us look super good! ;D

Although, our defense looked like complete shit today against Boston College. Can't believe we gave up 34 to them.

I'll be honest, I thought that FSU would win, but that final score was shocking.

I realize, of course, that Maryland had a couple of key injuries.

Should be a great game.  Clemson won't roll over like Maryland.

Holy F, that GA game.  I don't know how we pulled it out.  Aaron Murray is something else.  Maybe this means we've got luck on our side this year... but we've got to get our RBs back before the FLA game in a couple weeks.

Well, Cal dumped another. Our defense couldn't stop a three year old on crutches.

And holy shit at FSU, damn man.

I have pretty high hopes for FSU this year. Winston is on fire, and we have Clemson in 2 weeks. Next week is a bye week for us, so I hope that helps us prepare for what I see to be a shoot out. I do have a couple worries, as this is the first time Winston is in a very big situation (Maryland was ranked, but Clemson is in the top 5) and i hope he does very well under this pressure. The game is in Death Valley, and we have not won there in a long time. Also, Boyd is very experienced in these situations (LSU, UGA). FSU tends to start the game out very slow, and it takes us a little time for our offense (and defense) to get going. That's something they cannot do against Clemson, or it could be over early. I do believe FSU is a better team as a whole though, but we will have to see how it plays out. Can't wait!

Ohio State had me pulling my hair out last night. If it wasn't for special teams and the fact they woke up in the second half, this one would have been a loss. A team that refuses to be beat won't be beat.

Carlos Hyde is something else. The guy is a truck. He'll be playing football on Sundays next year.

Ohio State is mighty lucky that NW fumbled the snap on the late 4th down conversion.

It's a shame, they won't really get tested much this year.  Sure there is Michigan, but they are ridiculously spotty and overrated.

So OSU will probably go undefeated and get buried by whoever they play in the NC game.

Finally saw the score and stats for the Baylor-WVU game. Goddamn, where is the location in most stadiums to enter cheat codes, Baylor's got like god mode set for offense.  :lol

I watched most of the first half.  It was ridiculous.

Can't wait until they play a team with a good defense.  I want to see if anyone can actually slow them down.

Baylor vs Oregon, somehow this has to happen. O/U would be in triple digits.
