Anyway, anyone know why I can't see one of my friend's walls all of the sudden? I didn't think you could "block" a friend from seeing your wall, while remaining friends with them at the same time. Her updates don't show up in my news feed either, although I can see all her new pictures and they show up. She says that she didn't do anything. Is that a glitch? Or should I not believe her?

I know that there is a further setting in your Privacy settings that allows you to make your wall, etc. private so that only you may view it. but it takes a few clicks to get, so "she says she didn't do anything" kind-of tosses that out the window, eh.

You can hide your wall on a friend-to-friend basis (or, list-to-list basis). Found out when I Husband's foster sister joined facebook and was trying to figure out what to hide from her

(I didn't hide the wall though. But I don't wanna be the one corrupting a 11-year old.)

Sorry I took so long to accept people into the Facebook group! I don't get email confirmation of those requests, and the way Facebook is set up these days, it's not obvious that the requests exist.

Top-left, next to the big word Facebook are three icons, each of which can have numbers on them in red. Seems pretty hard to miss, but maybe that's just me. The first one is the number of Friend requests you have waiting.

I know that, but requests to join groups don't show up there. I have to go into my Groups page to see that there are any requests.

Oops, sorry. I missed that we were talking about the group, not regular Friend requests. It seems like those would at least be counted in the third one, the "Other Notifications" icon.

Yeah you would have thought, and in the old layout they showed in a pretty obvious way (I think all requests appeared in the top right in the old layout, including group requests). Not anymore though, silly facebook.

Sooo....I added my cousin recently. I only see her twice a year, and she's always seemed really respectful, calm, and laid back. Her pictures....tell a different story, let's just put it like that.

I'm not even THAT wild. But the only time anyone ever gets a camera out is when we're all going out on the razz. Which is once or twice a week. So my picture-flow basically consists of "Rob's weekly debauchery."

One time the bassist smashed his instrument after the last song (or so he thought), with all the other members just staring at him in shock.... needless to say, there was one more song he had forgotten about, so he just threw his smashed bass into the audience. My friend and I got it, and dealt out pieces of it. I still have one of the strings (the E string I think). I think he used one of the other bands' bassists' basses for the last song. It was pretty funny though.
