I hadn't realized that about Kix. Fair enough reason for them to headline on Friday then. I hear you about Don. And I doubt he will be much better. You gotta just go in with low expectations, I guess. I listed them as one of the bands I would like to see, but I know full well that the performance is likely to suck.
Day 2 is interesting. I can make an argument for why a couple of those bands
could be the headliner over Europe, but I can't really make a strong argument that they really
have to be.
If Jani were still alive, I think there would be a good argument for Warrant. But when a band's signature front man has moved on, I have a hard time arguing for them. As much as I love Y&T, they simply weren't as popular. If Tom were playing with Cinderella, I think they would be a slam dunk. But Tom solo? No. Krokus? L.A. Guns? See Y&T reasoning. Queensryche is really the only band I can make a decent argument for.
