Let's hope so.  If they're going to play it all, it better be a long show.

If 12SS takes 40 minutes of an 80 minute set, I'm not real happy.

If 12SS takes 40 minutes of a 100 minute set, that's a little better.

If 12SS takes 40 minutes of a 2 hr. 40 min set, that's great.  Especially since TGP, TDS, TROAE, and Repentance are better songs than a lot of the other ones the band might use to represent those albums.

Did Dream Theater do meet and greet during the An Evening With Tour in 2005-2006 for Octavarium?
I see that they had Premium Ticket Packages, and I don't know what those were. If anyone went to one of the concerts, I would really appreciate it if I can get some info because I am getting a couple people to go.

40 minutes? Try 55 or 56 minutes, or maybe even slightly over an hour if they slow things down at all or add a few little things.

FYI, I'm VERY confident that the next tour will be when the 12 Step Suite will be played in it's entirety. If you don't like the whole suite, better get used to the idea OR don't plan on going to the shows. Yes, I am that certain of it (even tho MP hasn't said anything specifically to me about this yet).

That's also the reason I think they *may* tour prior to releasing another album. You play the AA saga and a bunch of stuff from a new album and the set time left for other material (even in evening with) is really limited. However if they do it before that they will have a lot more freedom.

Yeah, I have that feeling too. Also, I know he plans ahead and stuff, but evidently he already has another album planned out already or they will indeed tour this summer or possibly Fall

That's pretty random...it's like Guitar Hero got more complicated. If I'm not mistaken, we know he's playing the Harpejji on Raw Dog; do we know if he's using the Eigenharp as well?

Apparently he just got one, but I imagine he'll be playing it on a future album, and possibly a new solo album
