Which Luna Park version will you get?

Never get why so many people are always in such a rush to pre-order the basic versions of DT albums. Unless you live in the middle of nowhere, stores almost *always* have them.

In your case, cancel the amazon order, and go to Best Buy to pick up the BluRay for $15.99. Probably the same price as Amazon, once you figure the shipping. Heck, BB might price match you, anyway.

Agreed... I made this mistake on ADTOE and DT12 when I preordered.

For Live at Luna Park, I just went to the best buy that's a 15 min drive from me and just picked up the basic DVD edition there. They even had all the deluxe stuff as well.

Same here, popped into BB on the way to work tonight.  They had the single DVD and BR plus the BR and DVD deluxe packs..  I never quite get why folks pre-order a hard copy, unless like someone mentioned you don't have a nearby store.

My local Best Buy reduced their CD section down to a single side of a shelf within the DVDs and Blu rays with just new releases and discount CDs. I was quite saddened. There wasn't even a Music sign hanging up anymore. Online places like Amazon might be the only means of ordering CDs anymore, besides local used and new shops like Zia.

GOT MY DELUXE  LIMITED EDITION TODAY! The glass and keychain are sweet, and the poster is pretty cool too. But the book package is REALLY well put together! Great pictures, and all 6 discs have that awesome phases-of-the-moon art on them.

Not going to have time to watch or listen to this until, possibly, Thursday morning/afternoon, so I'll post more about it then, but I cannot wait to absorb this!

As of now I'm getting the Blu Ray/3 CD.

However it looks like the 2 DVD has more.

I may have to get the DVD instead; this was from Amazon is it correct that the Blu Ray doesn't have the extras ?

Really??  The Blu-ray doesn't have the extra tracks??  If so that really sucks donkey balls. 

I can confirm that the BluRay's got the extras (I have it).

So I looked closer at my poster and found my name...only to realize they misspelled Marc as Mac. And it's not like I input the name wrong either! The name before mine is Mara, and after is Marc, so they had it placed right alphabetically! They just forgot my "r"...

Not in my experience. BB did not have ADTOE normal edition, nor Opeth "Heritage" normal edition on release day. As the growing trend is the shrinking CD inventories of physical stores overall, I suspect this being a normal problem from here on out. This officially killed my release day in store shopping days, so I just order online. It will either be on time or late, not unlike stores.

I pre ordered on amazon but on release day when I noticed it didn't even ship yet I said screw this and cancelled the order and went to best buy to get it.

I feel fortunate to be one of those who preordered from Amazon and be able to get it on release day, got my Bluray yesterday and watched some of it. Great stuff.
