As of now I'm getting the Blu Ray/3 CD.

However it looks like the 2 DVD has more.

BLU-RAY
1) Bridges In The Sky 2) 6:00 3) The Dark Eternal Night 4) This Is The Life 5) The Root Of All Evil 6) Lost Not Forgotten 7) Drum Solo 8) A Fortune In Lies 9) The Silent Man 10) Beneath The Surface 11) Outcry 12) Piano Solo 13) Surrounded 14) On The Backs Of Angels 15) War Inside My Head 16) The Test That Stumped Them All 17) Guitar Solo 18) The Spirit Carries On 19) Breaking All Illusions 20) Metropolis Pt. 1

DVD DISC ONE

DVD DISC TWO Bonus Tracks
1) These Walls 2) Build Me Up, Break Me Down 3) Caught In A Web 4) Wait For Sleep 5) Far From Heaven 6) Pull Me Under

I may have to get the DVD instead; this was from Amazon is it correct that the Blu Ray doesn't have the extras ?

Really??  The Blu-ray doesn't have the extra tracks??  If so that really sucks donkey balls.  :tdwn

I ordered the deluxe... The equivalent of 53$us on amazon UK isn't that bad IMO (and I held off on the box set of the new album this time around and just got the version w/ the 5.1 mix).

Really looking forward to seeing the blu ray!

The BD alone on Amazon.co.uk is listing the bonus tracks... Anything else just wouldn't make sense.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Live-At-Luna-Park-Blu-ray/dp/B00CIOGAX2/ref=sr_1_2?s=dvd&ie=UTF8&qid=1382535044&sr=1-2&keywords=dream+theater+live+at+luna+park

And in the description for the deluxe edition they list the bonus tracks twice, once on the BD and once on disc 2 of the DVD...

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dream-Theater-Live-Deluxe-Blu-ray/dp/B00EJJSUQE/ref=sr_1_1?s=dvd&ie=UTF8&qid=1382535044&sr=1-1&keywords=dream+theater+live+at+luna+park

I'll probably just get the DVD.... Maybe the DVD/CD if it happens to be at the store when I go to buy it.

Zydar

The site I ordered it from (Discshop.se) also lists the bonus tracks for the Blu-Ray, so I'm not worried.

Prog Snob

I ordered the full package with the pint glass and personal wizardly lesson from Mr. Rudess

From what others have said it sounds like it may just be an Amazon Website issue.

This is the link I was looking at :

Cool Chris

Was going to just get BR and make a CD of my favorites. Then I realized I can't do that on my computer (yet). Will stick with just BR and resolve that issue down the road.
Maybe the grass is greener on the other side because you're not over there fucking it up.

I'd want the DVD and CD, but the DVD+CD set isn't being released in Europe, and the import price makes it prohibitively expensive. So I've just ordered the DVD, and I'll try to find the DVD+CD set on EBay for a knock-down price at some stage in the future.

WWRD? I'll tell you WRWD - they'd release the CD separately...

This is true and I.M.O. is a complete DISGRACE on both the label and bands behalf. What a kick in the teeth to those fans like myself in the UK who have supported and championed the group since 1989, that the ONLY way to get hold of the DVD & CD's is to buy a rip off..er..sorry, DELUXE package with an total waste of time blu-ray disc (if, like me, you don't have a Blu-ray player) included too. So it will just be the DVD on its own for me and I'll have to get hold of the CD songs by "alternative means!". By ripping off your loyal fans, you've ultimately lost some money, so please think of that in future.

Hey Canadians! Where's the best place to pre-order and get it on the release date?
Amazon always burns me.

Another_Won

I really wanted to get the deluxe version but the price is just too much.  I was still on board at ~$70.  So it looks like I'll just get the Blu-ray.

Tick

Kind of annoyed I pre ordered from the Dream Theater store for 19.99 to later see  Amazon has it for 13.99.

Always check Amazon! I've gotten a ton of stuff cheaper than various official websites have items for. For example, I'm getting the Deluxe Book set (well, I hope, the description isn't super clear) from Amazon for $63 versus $108.

bosk1

I really wish it was a lot easier to find a clear, detailed description of what each edition contains other than the basic track lists.  >:(

jcmistat

I plan on buying the Blu-Ray + CDs. It's a little pricey.

Right now on Amazon the standalone Blu-Ray is $13.88 and Blu-Ray + CDs is $42.88.

I like to mix up my listens with the live versions, there so much good stuff especially on Score.

Either DVD/CD or Deluxe.   I'll be securing my copy late afternoon on Halloween.

Planned to get this then but it didn't come in yet.

Since I won't be in the area again until Monday, I'll likely get it then.

Daso

I voted for DVD, but I'm not quite sure yet. In any case, I wouldn't get the DVD, but the Blu-Ray. I do want the CDs, though, so if I find the Blu-Ray+CD version, I'll be getting that one.

Virtualman64

I would like to get the deluxe edition but,I can't seem to find it available in the U.S.Anybody know anything?

Amazon always burns me.

I know how you feel now that Amazon Canada has changed the release date to November 11, despite showing the 4th for pre-order  :face palm:. I'm going to cross my fingers on iTunes having it for release day, otherwise waiting on Amazon to deliver it. Some iTunes stores have it for pre-order but there is no sign of it yet in the Canadian store which is odd. Personally I would rather have the HD iTunes version since I don't have a Blu-ray player.

Cable

Blu-ray disc only. Generally I would get the live CDs, but the price is just too high. I'm no longer a teen/emerging adult that can afford 40$ on something that won't get a whole lot of mileage, let alone the $100 special version?

The Letter M

Ordered from DT's website and according to my UPS tracking, I should get my set on Tuesday!

-Marc.

As I Am

No interest in the cd....have plenty of boots from the tour. Might get the DVD. I felt it was the weakest DT tour I've ever seen, so I'm undecided about getting even the DVD.

Blue Thunder

Just ordered the DVD.  My bluray player bit the dust, so just DVD for awhile.

TheRich13

F'n amazon !!!i pre-ordered the blu ray and cd's , just got an email that it has shipped ..
the release date is tomorrow and it says I should receive it on the 13th of November!!!
Where is their warehouse? On Mars ?

rush-signals

I want to thank Amazon.com for having the Blu-Ray Live at Luna Park DVD for $13.88, but then I got a notice saying "Temporarily out of stock.". Sigh........

Perpetual Change

Never get why so many people are always in such a rush to pre-order the basic versions of DT albums. Unless you live in the middle of nowhere, stores almost *always* have them.

In your case, cancel the amazon order, and go to Best Buy to pick up the BluRay for $15.99. Probably the same price as Amazon, once you figure the shipping. Heck, BB might price match you, anyway.

rush-signals

I'm to lazy to drive the 5 miles to get it at BB! LOL

Rhayader

No need to rush. There will have plenty of copies available very soon, and probably for a long time. :)

The local record store had the blu-ray + cd version, and for less than Amazon!  :o Picked it up and with my frequent shopper points got it for even $15 bucks less. So happy.

Mindflux

My deluxe came today, Thanks Amazon indeed.

Yeah, just like the "limited" BC&SL box set  :lol
