Would it be ok if I started my Top 50 thread this week since there are two active at the time (and Parama is planning one soon if I remember correctly)?

since ASacrificedSon is probably gone forever would i be good for starting my list any time. i'm getting to the point in my writeups where i have enough of a backlog and enough sorted that i could probably start but i may just hold off until i have most if not all of the albums sorted since there's already been pretty big discrepancies between my rough list and where my rankings have ended up just in the bottom 25 or so

might just wait until i'm done entirely because i don't have a 100% solid grasp on how the list will turn out quite yet

something like 30 of the albums are within 1 point on a 10 point scale which isn't helping matters either

I have my list ready, but before I can start, I want to type out a bunch of write-ups beforehand, so that I can just copy-paste them from there. I won't have to worry about stalling half-way, because the write-ups aren't done yet. I think I could start at the end of the week (Friday or something).

i might start soon with my 2015 retrospective list. i still have about 25 or so reviews to go though and only about the bottom 40% of the list is really set in stone at this point so i may just hold off until everything's written up, dunno

I finished my v3 last Friday. And, Hath, I don't know whether you still do those rankings, but the new list may completely replace the old top 50 that's likely in your rankings still.
