No way, I watched Rocky 1 on TV today. I'm hoping that means they'll run the rest too. They play them so often, but every time I have to watch Rocky 3 and 4, especially 4.

I'm a sucker for time travel, and it's a fun show, but boy do they suck ass at time travel mechanics.

I was actually thinking about adding that to my list. The girl looks pretty hot, and that's usually enough to get a show a couple watches (though not enough to keep it in the rotation). It kind of bugs me when the producers/writers ignore basic continuity things (I don't just mean "time" but any time they take us for idiots, like we won't notice that Dr. Jason Bull can supposedly tell a liar by talking to them once, but when the hot chick walks in he falls for her shit in like 9 seconds).

Also, a girl in one of my daughters old classes is named "Trillium" and I haven't completely ruled out the connection with the brewery (I'm being serious).

She's not good looking enough to compensate for how poorly done the show is.

It's kind of a fun light show if you're really into the concept, but I wouldn't really recommend it. The first episode is representative though, so you don't have to stick with it long to see if it's your thing. It breaks its own established rules pretty quickly, and most of those rules were arbitrary fluff to avoid the simple logic questions to begin with.

Yeah. We just got it back an hour or so ago. Almost two full days. I wouldn't have cared except I had to keep my sump pump running. Friday night, I got up every hour on the hour to fill the generator. Last night, I got away with 90 min intervals. I am fucking tired.

But when the TAC's have no power, I bought the perfect product!

Not sure how long a battery backup lasts. Our sump pump ran constantly. We got a monsoon's worth of rain on Friday.

Yea, was saying how I have the battery back ups on both my sump pumps. I think it's like 5 hours worth if I remember correctly. Not going to survive a weekend, but can help get by.

House of Blues, besides the ridiculous 80 minute wait to get into the venue, I really liked it there.

I've never been there. They knocked down two classic clubs, Axis and Avalon, to build it.

It was a nice set up, lots of bars and the balcony had a nice view and room. I was free to go GA into the pit as well. Kind of like that freedom in a concert. It was a good size too. Bartender made me strong drinks.
