Really not sure what response is appropriate here?

My thoughts exactly  :lol

So...  jokes about the mailman are inappropriate right now?

Kidding; been there, bud.   Know the feeling exactly.  Nothing to say, really, except that human bodies do not operate like they say in the text books.  A month isn't really determinative, especially if the pill is involved.   If stress is high, you might take Mr. Jingle's advice, though at this stage, so many things can happen.  At this early stage, you can even get a positive and two weeks later, find that things changed.

She's saying it's likely due to her getting her IUD swapped out three or so months ago. She's a little worried about it. Truth be told, if it turned out she was pregnant, I'd be ecstatic.

I'd be freaking out a bit myself.  We had a little scare with my high school girlfriend where the peroid didn't come, she wasn't on the pill and we just used the pullout method so it really wasn't far fetched to think I knocked her up.  It was a really nervous and anxious week, but the period came and we were both relieved.

At least you and your gf are in a much better position than a high school couple if this ends up being legit.  You two would probably make better parents than most so even if it ends up being unexpected, I think you guys could handle it and end up being in a good spot at the end of the day with a family.  Sometimes things happen for a reason.

I thought we had an Olympics thread?

Anyways guess I'll watch the Nordic Combined and Double Luge online as NBC is too busy covering Columbine 2.

:lol yea definitely looking forward to the three day weekend, I really only have to work tomorrow morning since my flight home's at 3pm. First concert of 2018 Sunday, got a Valentine's Day deal yesterday which was 2 for 1 tickets to Less Than Jake so the gf is coming as well.  Looking forward to a fun weekend, but work on Tuesday is setting up to be disastrous.
