I don't work out im just on my feet a lot at work and walking around after work whilst it's sunny and doing actual walks.
Earlier this week I did 14 miles in one day.
I average 6+ miles a day.
I prefer to eat healthy food than junk food. Take away is nice like twice a month but I feel bad afterwards and never want it again
I could *NOT* be one of those people who have junk food every day of the week and NEVER anything healthy.
