Doesn't look very interesting, and it's a lot more recent than Lassie and Skippy too. Didn't mind the campy theme tune though.

(not that I'm arguing Skippy was better, I found it hilarious for all the wrong reasons)

Good morning peeps.

I got 12 AMAZING hours of sleep last night. SO AWESOME!

I picked up an extra shift today... so instead of sitting here on my computer staring at DTF, I'm gonna be sitting at work on my phone staring at DTF all day while making time and a half.

Man, I can't remember the last time I got 12 consecutive hrs of sleep. I literally don't think my body can handle it. After about 7-8 hours, I'm getting stiff.

7am, about to hit the bike. Bought a new one last night - had been using an exercise bike that was 11 years old. Still works ok, but it was just time for something new. This new one is smaller, more comfortable, cool features, and quite/smooth as hell.

I realize I'm probably speaking greek to many of you at this point.

The latter - upright. I hate recumbent bikes - kills my hip joints, and I never feel I'm getting my heart rate up.

Lisa tore 3 tendons on her right foot and then when it was healing got plantar fasciitis and the foot never heals. No more treadmills for here only bikes.
