I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

A party of elderly women filled up our cafe - had loads of coffee & tea then left - only to return an hour later and have the same again.  :rollin

EVERY DAY IS AN ADVENTURE.

I parked at the supermarket today and when I came back - some guy was unloading his trolley into his car and he was taking his DAMN SWEET TIME.

Like - putting one thing in his car at a time. And he knew I was waiting. He wasn't being slow on purpose - he was just elderly and not very bright.

The way some elderly people are. But Jean Claude van DAMME he was slow. In the end I moved his trolley out of the way and he didn't even realise :lol

One of the supermarket staff saw me standing by my bike just staring at this trolley in the way and we both did a  ::) face :lol

Oh well. And it was PISSING it down. Glad I was wearing my waterproofs.

Morning.  Got 2 people coming in for interviews today.  Got to fill 4 spots.

We went from Saturday being 88 to 51 degrees and rainy the last 2 days.  This is the lowest record high since they've been recording the temps.
