So I woke up to a thread of texts from management regarding a surprise meeting tomorrow at 11am.

Yes. Set up a meeting on my day off... a meeting that'll actually take me longer to get there than the meeting is going to take.

Literally getting up at like 4am, Driving to LAX to drop Panda off, driving back, and since I don't have a car and can't use hers for reasons between her and I, I'm going to have to immediately run to a bus stop and spend an hour busing in.

I had some Brooklyn Summer Ale last night, Coz.  Pretty good if I may say so.  Most of the delis here have beers I have tried a hundred times over and the distributor with the rare beers was closed by the time I got out of the house, but luckily I came across the Brooklyn Summer Ale in one of the other delis.  It wasn't there a couple of weeks ago so they must be starting to get in their summer brews.

Logically yes, but she doesn't want me using her car. Its... a thing. It's ok though. I have a coworker picking me up. It's just going to be a long day.

I'll have to keep an eye out for it.  I recently had Sierra Nevada's Summerfest, which wasn't too bad.

I see a lot of Sierra Nevada beers here.  I'll check out the distributor earlier today because this six pack I have now won't last past the next couple of hours.  I generally like Sierra Nevadas beers. Their Torpedo IPA is excellent.

Hell Of High Watermelon from 21st Amendment is a great summer beer.   So is Ballast Point --Wahoo Wheat or Allagash -- Allagash White for me.
