I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Comments on the original YouTube video are all over the place on that one.  I come down on the side of the douche, I guess.  There's two gates, presumably one for In and one for Out, and she's going the wrong way.  Not only that, but she's going the wrong way, knows it, and pushes through anyway while the guy's trying to get out.  So he trips her.  I wouldn't have done that, but I won't say she didn't deserve it.

doesn't look like one is an in-gate, and one is an out-gate.  Looks like he's the only one trying to exit through that one.  There's a line forming behind the first girl.  The gates themselves are identical, suggesting they are both 'in', and most turnstiles like that only go one-way.  He totally looks in the wrong there.

I could be wrong, but I don't think she's actually going the wrong way.  I think those are two 'in' lanes, not one 'in' and one 'out'.  Again, I could be wrong, but it looks like there are slots for payment on the other side of both lanes.  Besides, I don't think those turnstiles even let people pass through in the wrong direction.

So, I would say that it's actually the guy that was trying to go the wrong way.
