I'm assuming it will be up at least until the album is officially released. Usually how streaming works nowadays.

Why suffer yourselves? Just listen to the stream and then listen to it again when your CD arrives

That's my plan. I'll listen to it once today, and then probably won't again until I have the CD.

I rrreeeaaallly wish they weren't doing this, and would instead just let everyone wait until the official release (and simply risk a leak). I feel like it will make the actual release date a far less special occasion, and all the anticipation for this album will be dispelled at a really anticlimactic time. But, despite my feelings towards this decision, I'm still going to listen. I simply can't miss out on this.

There's no award being handed out if you wait until the release to hear the album. I, for one, embrace the full-album streaming and will listen to it all day at least

There wasn't "one" release date anyhow. While it was the 24th in the US, it was the 20th here in norway, and even the 18th in Japan, and 23rd in several other countries. Today is in fact the closest to a common date for "everywhere" as we could get.

Kudos to Roadrunner for maintaining the lid on the release until today as well! First time since TOT the album hasn't been available until Roadrunner themselves officially released it.

Really! In the last week I was cheering against the leak. It's just that it's beautiful to have an album not leak until the day the label decides to stream it for everyone. In 2013!

The stream is a good way to broaden the audience as well. There's a big chance that someone that's never listened to DT is going to see people talking about the album and will most likely hit the play button in the stream.

No downloading, nothing illegal, and no purchasing. Just an easy way for someone new to listen to the tunes.
