ADTOE Pre-Order via The End Records (Special Edition)

I pe-ordered the Special Ediation CD/DVD thru The End Records/Omega and as of this morning have yet to get it. I called them first thing this morning and asked what the status of an order I placed online. He asked if it was Dream Theater. I told him yes, the Special Edition and then he told me that they haven't received them yet. I immediately canceled my order and will pick it up after work today at Best Buy.

They could have at least informed me that I wouldn't be receiving my order on time. That is the last time ordering thru their site. It is cheaper at Best Buy anyway.
