Pre-ordered ADTOE from Roadrunner

Did anyone who pre-ordered the album from roadrunner's site receive it yet? I haven't even got a tracking number and its driving me nuts. I really don't wanna have to resolve to listening to the album my other means.

I'm thinking because I ordered it with Opeth's "Heritage", they might just send it together or something which kind of annoys me.

Yeah I ordered the deluxe Edition of Black Clouds and Silver Linings in 2009. It came 3 days before the release date.

With other labels too, when I pre-order an album, it usually comes 3-4 days before the actual release date.

I know that the people that ordered ADTOE Deluxe edition are getting it late because of manufacturing etc but I just ordered the Special Edition...

I ordered just the CD version, no deluxe or anything, from Roadrunner and it still says "Pending Fulfillment"...

Same here. I ordered the ADToE special edition and I don't have a number yet either. I ordered it with Heritage so I"m thinking they will send them together (which I did not expect).

Mine still says "Pending Fullfillment".  I haven't listened to anything yet and I really want to wait until i get the actual cd and listen on my big speakers for the first listen but the anticipation is killing me.

Mine hasn't arrived either. I could have driven out and bought the album much more easily, and I'm kind of disappointed that the pre-order didn't arrive on the day the album came out-- especially since we took the time and the money to get the album early.

Seems to me that RR is really screwing the pooch on this release. People are understanding to a point, but I hope it doesn't turn into one of these stupid "SEE IF MP WAS STILL IN THE BAND HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF SHIT" things. For such an anticipated release you'd think they'd have their ducks in a row. How is it that they're just announcing the botched deluxe edition at this late date? They didn't figure this out sometime over the last two months when everything was being put together?

The only reason I pre-ordered was to get the boxset.

I'm actually pretty annoyed by this.  I realize that they don't want to deliver an inferior product, but I paid $120 (or whatever) for a reason.  I wonder what happened where they didn't know until the DAY BEFORE that they wouldn't be able to ship....

I got no emails from anyone, even after emailing Omega last night. Tweeted RR and got no reply there. RR has ignored my emails before so I'm not even gonna try. Since I got the CD/DVD I didn't even get the download and haven't even heard it yet.

How does anyone get the album before the 'official supplier'? Plus Omega's site says the album is "in stock" which is apparently a lie . If Best Buy did in fact get it that's great, but I'm not going to drive 45 minutes to get it. I've checked three stores around me--all of which have I've bought RR albums from--and none of them have it. I was pissed enough to get the regular edition on amazon, but gotta wait until Saturday to get it.

RR did a great job at marketing this and then shot themselves in the foot; no way it's a top 5 album now. People can't buy it if it isn't in the stores.

I too "Pre-Ordered" the CD/DVD combo and heard nothing. Waited a day thinking it was UPS's fault. I did send an email last night and below are the responses I received today. Upset with RR Records. Maybe they should be called Wile E Coyote Records for the delays and lack of response..

Had to listen to a hacked sup par version as I was tired of waiting. Can't wait to hear this stuff in hi deff! A MP3 Code download would have been nice as we already paid for it...

Basically manufacturing issues for both deluxe and CD/DVD edition however only the people that ordered the deluxe get the emails and the free download.
