Loading too damn slow for me, but from the 30 seconds that I could get to load, it looks amazing.

Zydar

I agree with BVD. The buffering is painful, but it looks awesome so far.

Stonestef

Really? It loaded pretty fast for me.It's a nice video when you watch them play,I didn't love the rest of it though.

cyberdrummer

Better than Constant Motion and A Rite of Passage videos, that's for sure.

Perpetual Change

Loved the Dark City theme going on. Otherwise, it was OK. Not as good as Wither, but certainly better than many others. The close-ups of James were a bit strange, but maybe it's just because I feel like I'm so familiar with him.

It's faster on the Yahoo Music page linked in the text.

tartarus250

loving it james looks rokin with those glasses on!!! was hoping to see mike a bit more though!! but on the whole looking great  :tup

tri.ad

That's a pretty cool video. I found JLB in sunglasses and with a leather jacket a little bit weird, but other than that, I was satisfied.

Yeah, that was first feeling when JLB came out on a stage during show wearing that. And then he said that "We are shooting a video tonight!" ;) haha, made in Poland  :metal :metal Thank You DT ;)

CrimsonSunrise

Pretty cool!  Not bad at all.

cyberdrummer

I think the live footage was taken from 3 or 4 shows, but can't find the source at the moment.

senecadawg2

Definitely better than Constant Motion and ARoP. Still not quite as good as I think it could have been. Overall, its fine. Not spectacular, but also not bad, just fine.

I was getting kind of tired of the song after listening to it so much, but the video helped reaffirm my appreciation for it. I never noticed how tiny MM looks behind his kit! They should've stuck to higher angles :P

jonny108

I thought that was pretty cool.  Like it! Glad they didn't shorten it to 5 minutes.

Great vid. Nice to see they didn't cut any of it.

Dude, I loved the Rite of Passage video.  In fact, I think it is DT's best.  It actually has a theme in addition to some very cool scenery.

aXygnus

The images of JLB singing on those buildings make him seem like some kind of authoritarian dictator, hahaha.

CrimsonSunrise

The only thing that struck me as kinda...I dunno... Off, was the buildings collapsing. Kinda reminded me of the towers.

...isn't that the point? Sort of reflecting on the themes, no?

weezul

in this day and age i don't see why people partner up with these websites who chose to stream the video at such a low bitrate, looks and sounds not as good as it should in 2011... waiting on a HD version. Seems cool enough so far though

I thought the theme of the lyrics was the big companies slowly choking the small ones/investors to death. Basically the economic crisis as a whole, hence why some of the pictures depict burning money, for example.

There were videos for these songs?

FsF

Nice vid, had a chuckle at Petrucci emotionally blasting out the LaBrie backing vocals.

Are you jesting to imply your distaste for those clips, or are you genuinely unaware of their existence? The AROP one is pretty good for DT. It even has post-apocalyptic fun flakes!

Kotowboy

Every video should be on YouTube. It just works.

No I genuinely didn't know that they made videos for these songs. I'll have to check them out.

Kotowboy

I can't even get the SITE to load.......

Bertielee

Like it a lot. Pretty good for me. It gave me a renewed interest in the song.

Yeah, I guess I just kind of link totalitarian society with monopolization.
