DT should be on stage in Seoul within an hour I would think.

It's one in the morging there. Is there any report of the show, or at least something about the setlist?

I can't believe that setlist is same as on European tour :/

It's not yet confirmed. Let's wait a little bit.

nestcmartin

According to this: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ it's only 00:12 in Seoul. That setlist may be a fake, so let's wait.

Well Mike Mangini said on his FB that he was learning new songs for the North American leg, so wouldn't be surprised if Asia got the same as Europe.

I have a friend who attended the concert. He confirmed that list is accurate once you replace Root of all Evil with This Dying Soul.

So disappointing.

This is an unexpected twist, indeed.... And, I'm not really disappointed. It was quite clear that no big changes would have been made, just like with the second branch of the North/Central American Leg in December compared with the first month of touring.

They played This Dying Soul?

Mladen

I don't understand why people are disappointed, both set list on this European tour were awesome.  :metal

This, even though I consider playing This Dying Soul instead of  TROAE a little step back in terms of setlist consistency. I definitely think that song kills some of the momentum build with 6:00, BMU and Surrounded. Moreover, it lacks the wonderful TROAE/Octavarium finale!

Progmetty

I hope they rotate TDS and TROE and maybe even TGP for the American leg.
I wanna see the unison solo of TDS live :D

THIS.

A few friends of mine who are getting into DT are coming with me to several shows on the US Tour, so seeing Rudess and Petrucci shred the hell out of that song should be a nice home run to get these guys into DT more!  :metal

I don't want to kill your legitimate enthusiams, Angry Conservative (I just can't call you RMV, it's not a name you can call a person by!), but some time has passed since the show, and on setlist.fm there's still Root listed before the solo. Do we have another source confirming TDS or is it just that one?

Same here. Apparently someone said earlier that the setlist.fm was posted too early to be correct or something of that nature.

They've had 5 or 6 Earthquakes in Indonesia over the past 24 hours. I hope the DT guys are ok.

I don't want to appear insensitive, but did you that in the last few years DT has often crossed path with earthquakes? I always found this coincidence quite creepy.  :-\

I wonder why there is no ticket info for Holmdel yet when there is info for shows after that date.

elvenshadow

So, I am going to the Yokohama show on April 30th.  Japanese shows don't usually have a support act but this time it says Support Act: Andy Mckee on the ticket.  I have never heard of this guy until now.  I was wondering if he was a support act on the other Asian shows?  Anyone have any idea how long he will play?  I really hope it doesn't result in DT playing a shorter set compared to the other Asian tour shows so far.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I also live 4 hours from Yokohama so knowing around what time the show will end would be great to know, since I have work the next day.

Yes he has been playing the other Asian shows.  The show will probably end around 10.30 or 11, that's the usual time over in in the UK.

The Yokohama show starts at 5 pm.  Do you still think it would end as late as 10:30?  How long was the actual duration of the show including the set with Andy Mckee?  If it ends as late as you say, I might be spending the night in a train station lol

Oh blimey, well if it starts at 5 it will end earlier.  Normally starts about 7.30 or later over here and finishes at 10.30. Andy Mckee will do about 30 mins to 45 mins and DT will be playing about 2 and a half hours.

And Mckee is such a great choice for an opener.. It doesn't seem too drawn out and DT's set is still full length (too bad not evening with)

Exactly what it says on the tin. I think they would make a great opening act...

I wonder when we'll get an official announcement about which show is going to be filmed. I'd imagine it'll be reasonably in advance, just in case people want to travel from abroad.

Shadow2222

How long before the Radio City gig was it announced as a DVD shoot?
