now the first thing i thought looking at the pic is:

a song about how you never know (you walking on a rope) if airlines (angels?) are going to cancel, delay or make any changes to your flight (dramatic situation), and that cost money to people (money falling)!

I hope i'm completely wrong.

P.S. well it seems like the art is fake so any of what i said matters.

The rope actually does come all the way across. You can see it just a bit under the halfway point of the artwork (by height). It's faint, but its there.
