I know that's how formal tastings usually go, but if Reap's going to a winery my (limited) experience is that most people actually swallow the wine.

Huzzah! I actually haven't had it in a while. Traded for a 2L growler a few years ago and spent an evening killing it by myself. There are certainly worse ways to spend a night
