I am really not feeling today at all.
Had a plumber come out and replace our kitchen faucet mainly because I didn't feel like doing it myself. So that's done, I just don't want to be here. I'd rather just pack it up and go home.

Good afternoon. I'm taking a late lunch today. There's always supposed to be a person who gets stuck babysitting the office while everyone else is on lunch. Most of the other trainees bitch and moan about it. I love it. I'd rather take a late lunch. Now I'm sitting at Presto Pasta enjoying not dealing with the lunch rush, while taking advantage of the chance to flirt with the cute server.

And as soon as I get off work I'm going to go watch my buddy's country band play.

I'm actually listening to them right now.

I like them.

I'm ashamed.

Evening. Just got back to the hotel. I need to get my ass to bed. I'm one of 2 sites to start a new system to set our daily, weekly and monthly goals and I've got a meeting at 7am.

Today my idea for our intrapreneurial session was used and I got to pitch it in front of the owner and the top 100 executives in our company. It was a rush of many emotions but I did a ass kicking job and felt like a great accomplishment.

Just got back from an interesting evening. My buddy was playing one of the smaller stages at our county fair. It was a great show. He, his girlfriend, his girlfriend's cute cousin, our other buddy, HIS girlfriend, and I hung out for a while afterwards and took in the sights. Quickly turned in to a 5th wheel situation.. the cute (and underaged...) cousin left quickly and.. yea. Twas fun though.

Next Wednesday, we fly to Minneapolis. We'll hit up the Heavy Metal Grill. Great neames on some of the offerings:

We'll hit up the Mall of America, probably the Basilica of St. Mary, have to get a photo op in front of the First Avenue club where most of Purple Rain was filmed. Going to the Nook, which was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Then the main event, Volbeat, A7X, and Metallica. Then we fly home on Sunday.

I'm at work for today 7:30 - 5:30

Same shift tomorrow and my last day if Friday 11:00 - 7:00
