I've used DTF for a total of 10 minutes today. But it's still over 2 hours of internet time today, vs 1 hour of work.

You'd think it wouldn't happen, because I'm rendered so many videos at this point, but every project has its problems to figure out. Going to take forever to render too.

I've done 6 hours of total work today followed by an hour or so of slow driving in the rain to see Dad.

In my new biker boots, waterproof trousers and a big jacket. I didn't feel cold or wet so that's good

I thought that was more to do with alcohol destroying your internals.

So far today, I've spent two and a half hours on the internet (including 20 minutes on DTF), and 2 hours of actual work.

It was pretty neat. Well, I thought so; you must remember I literally live in the small town that Mayberry was based on. We have nothing cool or trendy. But a local grocery store (Lowe's Foods, who definitely have the best beer selection in town) just put in what they call a beer den. It's a mini-bar, with six different beers on tap, most of which they don't actually sell in cans or bottles. You can get a sample to taste, or actually buy a glass to drink right there in the store while you shop. They also sell growlers so you can take some home with you, and bring them back next time.

I got a 64 oz growler of the Dead Guy, and a nifty Belgian beer glass to go with it. Yummy.

In other news, I just got a call from my desired prospective employer in Raleigh. They offered me the job, and for more money than I expected. I am so stoked right now.
