I'm trying to go without caffeine for a while. See if it improves anything. Also no snacks for a while too.

Now - i've noticed i've put on a bit of weight recently and now i'm trying to do something about it.

What fries my brain is when people notice they're like 15 stone or something (200 lbs) and they don't do anything about it whilst they can.

I'll never ever know how people allow themselves to balloon to like 1,000 lbs.

+ Also - when really overweight people ( i'm talking the kind that sit on a chair and their stomach covers their knees... ) always turn their nose up at anything healthy at all.

Curious, what do you think not consuming caffeine will help with?

I know if I don't get my caffeine fix, I get a headache, but wondering what a potential benefit would be to push pass the withdrawel symptoms? From my understanding, caffeine does have a lot of benefits as well. I keep it to two cups of coffee a day and stopped the soda all together so I'm not really a crazy caffeine consumer.

Been feeling a bit jittery recently and the last time that happened - my hands wouldn't stop shaking and I needed to not have any caffeine for a while - and it went away.

But also i want to see if anything else improves like sleep as I've been feeling more tired than usual in the morning.

I tried cutting Caffeine many times.

I get horrible horrible headaches.

And I can't keep awake especially during my training at work..

Work has been kicking my ass. I have 1 more week of classroom training (and my final test tomorrow -gasp-) and then I am going to be thrown in the office for several months of hands on training.

Well the big project I spent the better part of a week and a half on, that faced intense and sometimes scathing criticism from my boss, went out to subscribers yesterday and this morning I came in to a message from our Director of Communications that she is receiving immense amounts of positive feedback about it, saying we took it to another level and people are noticing. This was the first of this publication that I had worked on, since the previous edition went out before I was hired. So that's a good thing.

My current keyboard still uses that style, since it's from about 1995. Maybe even older, based on recent carbon dating. Legend has it that Moses typed up the original commandments using this keyboard.
What do HL themed caps look like? I've never played it beyond maybe half an hour of the first game probably around 2001, and I don't remember a thing about it. I doubt I'd like the keycaps though. I hate anything gamer-y.

Yeah, last week was a tad brutal, but it feels good to sort of come out of it on top. We'll have to see how the boss reacts. She has a tendency to take her own perception above the perception of those we serve, so we shall see...

That actually is a '90s keyboard, the keycaps I'm getting are copies of the ones from it. The keyboard I get itself will be new and black, but with the oldschool keys.

Yeah, those are the speakers. They're not great, but they're passable when I'm not using my headphones. I got a whole bunch of these mouse pads years ago, because I hate the feeling of anything but the old cloth style ones.
