I completely agree. I love cars but I loved those guys more, the chemistry they had cannot be replicated.

I really like the McDonalds Sausage & Egg McMuffin so I tried to make one at home once.

I bought the Muffin and made some scrambled eggs and cheese slices.

I slightly toasted the muffin and put some scrambled egg in and a cheese slice. No meat though. I don't know what to use in stead of the sausage meat. Maybe a burger ?

It was really nice though.

Just got back to the office from my son's "Moving On" ceremony for completing preschool. Short little program, really cute.

And on my way back got stopped by a cop for the first time in my life. 18 years driving, never once been pulled over until now. It was a very odd turn of events: I flew past a cop who wasnt clocking, then passed a cop going the other way further along...thought to myself things come in threes, slow down...and before i could process that a third officer pulled out and stopped me. I was going a little too fast. He comes back to my car after what I thought was a very short amount of time and gives me a smile, says, "I'm giving you a warning, I don't want to mar your record."

I thanked him and told him I would slow down. He didn't have to be nice, but he was. Possibly because I didn't bullshit him. I have a clean record, and when he told me I was going too fast, I said I was sorry and didn't try to blow some smoke up his ass about anything. Or maybe he just didn't want to ruin my day. Either way, I was very fortunate, I have a story to tell, and I'm back to work with no harm done.

One of my best friends is a cop, he respects honesty so much and if you have a good record and are upfront and make the cop feel safe, he almost always lets you go with a warning. Not all cops are like that, but it's always best to be nice and honest.... and have a history of being a good citizen.
