Abyss ain't really Gothic Rock, nor Chelsea's stuff in general, but more like a mixture of genres like darkwave, stoner, dark ambient, etc.
doom metal was a big vibe i got from it too, i guess, i dunno much about all these crazy genres  :lol
but it was alright. not something i'll likely get in the next three or four album batches i want to buy but prob eventually.

one of those albums where only one or two of the tracks are standouts on their own but when you put everything together it's one hell of a moody album and really damn great and consistent, has its own sound but manages to be pretty diverse with it

still no clue what exactly most of the lyrics are about though  :lol

apparently every song ends with a lighter transition/break before the next one, alright
actually the second release from them i've listened to in full, pretty good but physical copies of this are pretty rare so i'll prob just get doppelganger if i do get something from them  :lol

Man, this is legal, seriously?  No wonder artists hate this thing.

First thing I type is Magnus Karlsson and listening to a song from the new album, wow.  And I felt guilty about only paying 12c a track on my other site.  I can't find if it tells me how much I have left to use in the month or whatever, so not sure how usage is tracked yet.

Anyway, don't want to listen to over half of the Freefall songs until I get the cd, but clicked the Tony Harnell track.  Holy fuck, what a song.
