I think just that she wanted it because others did, although that's no new phenomenon. From what she said, any cheap smartphone with a full keyboard would suit her better, functionally.

When you look up "Consumer" in the dictionary you'll see a picture of that girl. I know I should find this funny or at least silly but I almost got a little choked up watching this from how sorry I feel for that girl, she just needs someone to have a sit down with her and explain all the stuff which knowledge we take for granted.
