Longer update's moved to tomorrow.  For now:

41.  Overture 1928-  There isn't a whole lot to it, but it's a very pleasant and  catchy instrumental.  The various quotes and snippets from other other parts of the album are clever and don't stick out in an obvious way.  Great intro to the album.

40.  Lie- Sounds sort of Pantera-like in the main section (riff-wise).  Real groovy overall, especially the middle 6/8 section.  Also, the end section with the references to The Mirror, that's a great outro.  The only thing I don't like too much is the chorus.  (it just sounds a bit awkward).  Everything else makes up for it, though.

39.  As I Am- Real clever, they way they slowly take that pattern and turn it it into the main riff.  The main verse/chorus stuff, it's some real cool, aggressive rock/metal there.  I really like that aggression; this is that sort of song you can blast in the morning and just feel pumped.

As I Am is kind of a personal anthem for me.  Good song choices.

I haven't listened to As I Am in so long, it's a great song and the transition from the end of 6DOIT to that song is so jarring but in a good way. One of the few songs where DT actually curses as well. Lie is definitely one of my least favorites on Awake but I still think it's a good song. I can't comment on Overture 1928, but solid picks there.

I love As I Am, so that would be much higher for me, and Overture 1928 is always a nice choice.

Good stuff here cup. Especially on the inclusion of Burning My Soul - it's not quite in my Top 50, but it's a very good song, with DS's second best keyboard solo he played for DT (behind only the masterpiece that is in ToT).
