Dirty Dancing.  :\

That is one of the movies my ex used to make me watch over and over so I have a special place for it in the black area of my heart.   :censored

I think I should be ashamed to admit I've probably seen that movie over 100x, no exaggeration, by choice.....but I don't feel ashamed. When it came out I was in 4th or 5th grade and 'we' must have seen that movie at least 15-20 times in the theater and all the subsequent viewings the past 20 plus years, it has to be over a hundred. Jennifer Grey had me spellbound for some reason and the scene at the end when her sister was rehearsing for the play and her knockers were on display were like magic to my youthful mind.

Nobody puts Baby in a corner.

This is a given. I'll take it a step further and say nobody should put a baby in the corner  :lol

I almost forgot all of the times my parents used to watch it.  I guess the music was interesting to them...

Mean Girls. What a great film.

Pre-breakdown Linsday Lohan and Amanda Seyfried in the same movie. It's not a chick flick, it's more of a late night inspiration for mass manual stimulation.

P.S. I Love You

Definitely Maybe
I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

That girl had probably done her lifetime's worth of hard drugs by the time she was 15 and lost interest. She is a pretty well known stoner, though (at least when she's not knocked up).

I can't honestly think of a single chick flick I like. Most chick flicks I've seen, I associate with a girl. So I enjoyed them because of the girl associated with them. But the movies were pretty terrible in of themselves.
"All great works are prepared in the desert, including the redemption of the world. The precursors, the followers, the Master Himself, all obeyed or have to obey one and the same law. Prophets, apostles, preachers, martyrs, pioneers of knowledge, inspired artists in every art, ordinary men and the Man-God, all pay tribute to loneliness, to the life of silence, to the night." - A. Thought of another one that's probably 51% chic flick.....49% cool movie.

Legends of the Fall

One of the greatest 'heavy petty' and making out sessions I had as a young lad was after a GF and I watched that movie. She was all worked up after watching Brad Pitt....maybe I was too  :\......but anyway, it was a fun remainder of the evening.

Why do people keep thinking Princess Bride is a chick flick? Have they somehow not seen it or something?  :rollin

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Mama Mia

Awesome movie.

And the only movie I've ever seen Meryl Streep be kinda hawt in.   It's probably the character....confidence + overalls = really sexy....  that whole, "so comfortable with who I am, I can wear anything and get away with it"... "earth mother" kinda thing.
