Quote from: Chino on September 10, 2024, 09:09:03 AMI am basing this on absolutely nothing, but I wonder if that's got something to do with scalping. This only gives the people with bots a few hours to prepare.

The bots are the ones always prepared.

I generally agree, the timing is quick, but it's become quite normal.

Radio city presale says it's "SOCIAL" on their facebook

FUCK YEAH
Quote from: BlobVanDam on December 11, 2014, 08:19:46 PMHef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

Alright...not super thrilled about the YouTube Theater, but it's a Saturday night, and I sure as shit ain't going out to Highland on a Wednesday.  The real question is whether I pull the trigger on the NYC show.  Very tempting.

the whole ticket thing sucks. I just plan to drain my wallet...

CT's presale code is "SETLIST".

The venue's social media post says they will go on sale at 10AM tomorrow, but it doesn't specify a time zone. I'm assuming EST.

lightningbolt

My DT buddies and I will be at the Raleigh show.  Hell yeah!!!

nobloodyname

Hmm... might be time to visit the US again for that Radio City show

Ben_Jamin

Deciding whether to trek to Denver or Pheonix. Im look to Denver.

Presale code for Chicago is SOCIAL if anyone needs it

OpenYourEyes311

Looking at Wallingford, Boston, and Radio City (just like in 2006!) May even be taking a trip to Philly to start the whole thing off. We'll see, some of them may be a game time decision. Radio City I think is priority, then Boston.

What an exciting time! :)

Zook

Hell yeah, Phoenix date. I haven't been to a concert in 10 years. I'm sure tickets are going to be outrageous, but I'm not missing this.

SETLIST is the generic presale code for all Live Nation venues, so that will likely be an option for a majority of the venues on this tour.  METROPOLIS is specific to SJ and Sac, although it's possible other venues chose that password for their presale as well.

My understanding is that presales in all time zones start at 10 AM EST, but the Ticketmaster page for each show should give a time frame for when presales are starting/ending

pg1067

The Ticketmaster page for the LA show says presale time is 7 a.m. PDT!  Yeesh.

I'll be hitting these 3. Gonna be costly but.....MP IS BACK BABY :hefdaddy  :metal  :corn

Going to try for the GOLD for philly show. Probably won't happen, but I'd LOVE to be in first row for first US show :hat

TAC

Boston has a Boch Center presale on Wed @ 10:00am
Also a Promoter Presale Thurs @ 10:00am....PW is MARQUEE
Genral public tickets on sale FRi @ 10:00am.
Quote from: wkiml on June 08, 2012, 09:06:35 AMwould have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Quote from: Stadler on February 08, 2025, 12:49:43 PMI wouldn't argue this.

Those are my three too.  We're going to have an epic meetup for sure!!!!

Oddly non-conducive to travel. A reasonable person might want to catch several shows up North, but they're all over the place. A week between Boston/Oakdale and NYC is certainly a PITA.

Seems like a good chance they film RCMH. I wouldn't mind getting in on that.

I thought that too; literally first show of the tour leg, last show of the tour leg, and a show almost smack dab in the middle... all within 2 1/2 hours of each other (3 1/2 if you drive normal) but weeks apart.

Awaken

Hotels booked for Boston and NYC, going to be an expensive day tomorrow w/presales for Philly, Wallingford, Boston, and NYC :metal

brakkum

Gonna have to make the trip to Chicago from MN, but definitely going to get to NYC this time :metal

It was probably necessary to score that Radio City date I'd imagine and work around it.

Yeah, it's conspicuously on a Saturday night. Seriously, I bet they film it. The only thing working against it is they're playing the night before. CW says that you take a night or two off before you film a gig.

In any case, I'd expect a pretty epic meetup in NYC.

Well I'll say this much, I've seen DT a total of about 15 times since 2002. All various locations. No where compared to the sound and quality of the 2 times I saw them at radio city. Not even close! So I highly recommend to pull that trigger!

I had so much fun at the last RCMH meet up, more fun than the actual show that night  :lol

If anyone is coming into town, the following night in NYC at Gramercy Theater is Delain and Xandria if that interests anyone into sticking around for another show.  I plan on going to both shows.
