For those who have gotten your delivery confirmation, where are you located? I'm in Sweden ("rest of the EU" delivery) and haven't heard a thing.

Italy, and I ordered back in June.

krands85

UK - June - No email.

I don't even remember if the site itself said the book would be available in September, or if it was just Rich's estimate posted here. The confirmation email just says "This is a pre-order, the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available."
Whoaaaahh, ohhh, ohhhhh. Whoaaaahh, ohhhhh, ohhhhhh. Waaah, ahhh, haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaowwwwww

OsMosis2259

I ordered July 1st and am located in New Jersey, US.

Ordered it the day the presale went up, whenever that was, and got the email when the first people in this thread said they did and the next day got shipping confirmation.  I'm in Iowa.

Hey. I've been going to school in Iowa for 4 years now. There was to be at least 13 people here.

Someone else in Iowa!! :O

Welcome to Iowa, Population 2

Having lived in Iowa, I consider myself half-Iowan, so make that 2.5! Wish I still lived there, since that might have improved my chances of getting the book faster!  ;) I ordered it in August btw, so maybe they process the orders after when they were made. I just hope they don't run out of copies before they get to me :P

I got an email at about 6am. It wasn't confirmation that the book had shipped though - only that it had been "sent to our warehouse"

They send that one first, then a "your order has shipped" message.  My ship message came a day after the initial message.

Same. What's the warehouse? ??? It's not a term I'm familiar with with regards to shipping stuff.

I think it's the place where all the millions of books arrive so that they can get shipped. I guess it just means the physical books have been shipped from the place that printed them, and is now at the place that has our orders. I think. And the email came from "Rocket 88, Essential Works," so it would be their warehouse.

Edit: Never mind... just got the 2nd e-mail. Estimated arrival Oct 14-15th!

?

I haven't received any email yet :sadpanda: On the other hand it doesn't matter that much, because I won't return to my apartment until the end of next week and I'll be busy with some school stuff and my song roulette anyway, so I won't have a lot of time for reading in a while.

Shadow2222

Yay, my book arrived! I can't wait to sit down and read this later (even though the only thing new will be the last chapter, as I have both previous editions  :lol).

wasteland

Same. I'll probably get it at the end of the month.

MetropolisDLX

Mine showed up today in Utah.  This edition is half the size of the previous hard covers so I didn't think it was the book at first since the package was so small.
